We offer a well-managed South East Asian style Mam Qua Tray Passing ceremony coordination service. The ceremony involves a high number of guests and an authoritative third party host is necessary to undertake the task accurately and on time. Generally this role is unsuitable for members of either family as it includes giving directions. This includes full coordination for groom arrival, groom family processional and bride family greeting, tray passing, and subsequent gifts return. The tray passing ceremony can be complicated, and special provision have to be made for photographers and videographers.

CANTONESE STYLE PRE-WEDING BETROTHAL CEREMONIES
We offer a sophisticated Cantonese style betrothal ceremony planning and event day. It includes (1) up to 60min planning meeting to set dates and organise budgeting and full shopping list for betrothal gifts, (2) Purchase, wrapping, tagging of all betrothal gifts items (reimbursements not included in price), (3) delivery, attendance and coordination of betrothal gifts day at bride’s house, gifts counting and dividing, and returning and transport gifts back to groom’s house. Tray sets included.
